The firm has enjoyed significant success in the lead up to their 10-year anniversary, driven by the quality of their work and depth of client relationships.
Aligned to an expanding vision for the next 10 years, Inside Eagles came to BrandMatters to review and rejuvenate their brand strategy, to ensure it was a true and accurate presentation of the firm today, as well as into the future.
Client insights driving renewed brand strategy
The primary, unspoken questions on the mind of most clients who are looking to appoint a law firm is “What is this law firm about, what’s their experience set, and importantly, are they right for me?”.
This same question was also being asked by recruits, who are interested in understanding where the firm is headed: “What are they trying to become, and why should I choose them for my career?”
Our approach for Inside Eagles included in-depth stakeholder engagement across both clients and employees, to develop an engaging and unique brand strategy that articulated their differentiation and character.
From the success of this initial project, BrandMatters was brought on board to evolve the logo and visual identity, ensuring the external representation of the business reflected the unique personality and challenger mindset, including across website design and copywriting.
