Sony to take on iTunes!?

Sony has one of the most recognisable names in the industry. And, at least with console gaming, it has some strong brand loyalty. But the way you broaden brand loyalty is not by selling more stuff to more people - it's by offering a valuable experience, such tht people will clamour to spend money to engage with it. It's emotional, not simplistic commercial addition. That's what Sony seems to be missing in their latest pitch for brand loyalty.
