Clarifying brand architecture and rebranding to reflect brand essence

Northquest, formerly Global Rental & Leasing (GRAL) and Global Clean Energy Finance (GCEF), offers innovative managed service agreements, traditional rental agreements and chattel mortgages. At the time of engagement, GRAL, GCEF and Translease were three businesses with common ownership, but no parent company. There was crossover between the brands, and brand naming and brand positioning needed to be addressed to better reflect the businesses and management philosophy.

An information gathering phase led to the development of brand architecture, brand naming, positioning, identity, EVP and website to take the organisation into the future.

Financial Spectrum is an independently owned, fee for service financial planning practice. To cut through in a competitive market, they needed a compelling brand story and marketing strategy which addressed their different groups of retail clients and referral partners.

Renaming and repositioning for a new chapter

Binnari Property and Orium Finance, two companies with common ownership, originally came to us with generic, non-distinctive names. They had also recently separated from their parent company, and needed to define and develop new, independent brand identities and marketing strategies.
